Get keen for the Australian Catholic Youth Festival 2017 in Sydney!

 

The Australian Catholic Youth Festival (ACYF) is a national gathering of Catholic young people from December 7th-9th 2017  established by the Australian Catholic Bishops Conference (ACBC). It exists to provide young people with opportunities to deepen their relationship with Jesus, be empowered to be disciples in the world today and encounter and celebrate the vitality of the Church in Australia.

In December 2017 the Festival will launch the Year of Youth, celebrating ten years on from hosting World Youth Day 2008. Find out more at: youthfestival.catholic.org.au.

The Youth Evangelisation Office is here to help support groups from the Archdiocese of Brisbane that are considering taking young people to the Australian Catholic Youth Festival in December this year.

To help Youth Coordinators who are considering taking a group, please find the most updated information regarding the festival below. National Briefing notes are released by the Host Diocese Festival Coordinator (Kathy Campbell) throughout the year in the lead up to the festival.
