Saint Jacques Berthieu ACSA Soiree
June 8 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm$25
The Australian Catholic Students Association’s Queensland Chairwoman is hosting a soirée in honour of Saint Jacques Berthieu and his feast day. He is a wonderful role model for students and young professionals who are persecuted because of their Catholic faith. This intimate event will take place in the Tattersall’s Club’s classic O’Duffy Library. Tickets are $25 and include a glass of wine or pot of ale on arrival for those aged 18 and above, cheese and antipasto platters, and dessert, as well as professional photography by Maria Rose Anna Photography. We will listen to a short talk from Vocation Brisbane and you will have the opportunity to hear more about our national conference and ball taking place in Sydney in July. Please join us to mingle with like-minded young Catholics.
This event is suitable for students in year 12, current or deferred tertiary students (uni, college, TAFE, apprenticeship, etc.), university alumni aged 35 or fewer years of age, and clergy and religious.
Dress Code: Ladies – Cocktail Dress | Gentlemen – Lounge Suit
Please note that the Club stipulates modest neck and hemlines and no sandals for female guests and a minimum of a long sleeve business shirt or a tailored casual shirt with a collar, that is tucked into tailored slacks, and enclosed shoes or leather dress boots for male guests in the library.
Parking is available at both the QueensPlaza and Wintergarden car parks at a discounted rate of $13. Please validate your ticket at Tattersall’s concierge to receive the discount.
